Great location, convenient transportation, helpful staff, spacious apartment.

Nothing was perfect.

Clean and quiet apartments (except for the living room carpet, it was quite filthy). I surely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good value stay in Vienna. Close to Westbanhof train&metro station, it's about half and hour walk to the Museum district. The free WiFi is a plus!

The entrance is not through the hotel but around the block, a bit dark at night but a safe place anyway.

Good fitness center. Very good design for windows, bathroom and kitchen fittings.

Free laundry facilities for apartments were a good idea but in practice were always in use/not available; also the dryer had a broken door. WiFi was a bit slow.

The accommodation is practical and offers good value for money. the reception staff are very helpful and the adjacent hotel serves a delicious breakfast. the location provides easy access to transportation to explore the city and has practical self-catering facilities.

Some guests complained about additional charges and poor cleaning service.

The bathroom was excellent, and so was the kitchen. Not big, but enough space, clean and attractive. Nice that the hotel provided possibility to wash your own clothes.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. You had to get a new password to have access to the internet every day.

good accommodation, excellent for families with children, quiet, hotel staff very helpful, very careful cleaning service to customers, can be served with everything you want. ok internet, TV with CD built, so you can take movies with you if you stay longer in the room. Parking is expensive if you stay longer, taking into account the fact that if you use the car in the city and there must be other money for parking did not liked the apartment carpet, old and worn and may should eventually repaint the walls

Good position, close to subway and Mariahilfer strasse. Full use of hotel facilities. Excellent location for transport connections. Quiet and interesting area. Easy access to museum quarter and hop-on hop-off bus. Free transport with Vienna Pass. Great food at Saigon Restaurant nearby. Spacious rooms.

We had an amazing New Year experience! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants. The free breakfast buffet was a great bonus and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. We also loved the fact that we had a beautiful view of the city from our window.

The WiFi connection was a bit spotty at times, and there was a slight confusion with our room assignment upon check-in. However, the staff was quick to resolve the issue and ensure that we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Our apartment was quiet, clean, value for money and exceeded our expectations. Our stay was for one week and when next in Vienna will definitely stay again.

Great location! the room was big and cozy with comfortable bed and pillows. We enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchenette and the fact that we had a spacious balcony facing the city. It was perfect for a romantic escape.

I have to say that the service was terrible. the reception staff was not only unhelpful, but downright rude.

The apartment was large enough for a family of three, pretty practical in terms of space division. Nice to have a kitchen available. Cleaning was also good, every second or third day (for an apartment I though was good). Very useful to have a free wirless conenction, though one day it did not work and had to get a different password each day. Very useful the clening facility for those satying more than couple days.

The room is big and clean with new furniture, living room with kitchen is separated from bedroom. It is very close to U-Bahn. It is located in very quiet street. Great value for money.
